Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

We aim to process and ship all orders within the next business day of receiving payment. Inside the UK, our standard shipping options are usually delivered within 1-3 business days depending on the destination. We offer 1pm next day guaranteed as a shipping option for an additional fee, which can be selected during the checkout process. We also ship internationally and aim to deliver within 3-5 business days in Europe and 5-7 business days for the rest of the World. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. 

We provide shipping confirmation and tracking information for all orders, which will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order's shipping status, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns Policy:

We understand that sometimes customers need to return or exchange their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the boots are returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the boots, including our return shipping address.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was faulty or not as described. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy requirements, or that are received outside of the 14-day return window. We also reserve the right to refuse returns if the purchase is made via Instagram and does not meet our standards.
